Karen Tomaine, Esq. serves as Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of Taylor which is a nationally accredited as woman owned business by the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC). Taylor is also certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a woman business enterprise. Since the company’s inception in 2004, it has grown from a home based business to a multi-site company with over 50 employees and a dozen agents in several states.

In 2010 Karen was selected by the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal as one of the Top 25 Women in Business.
