Karen Tomaine is the owner of Taylor Consulting and has served as Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel since the company’s inception in 2004. Karen primarily focuses on the administration of the company including legal matters, human resources, contract administration, licensing and accounting functions.

Karen was selected in 2010 to the Northeast PA Business Journal's Top 25 Women in Business.

Prior to establishing Taylor, Karen was a labor attorney with the Department of Army for 16 years and has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. Karen holds a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marywood University.
